Amarillo Museum of Arts 12 x 12 Exhibit and Silent Auction

This is the 14th annual 12 x 12, and Amarillo Museum of Art (AMoA) hopes to attract a large crowd to competitively bid on—and ultimately purchase artwork. This annual benefit is designed to bring the community together to celebrate art, forge new friendships and support AMoA’s innovative Arts-in-Education programs. This one-night event will take place at the AMoA on Thursday, October 3, 2019, 6:30 – 8:30 pm.

The exhibition will include artworks from invited artists, as well as work from artists juried into the exhibition.  The gallery space limits the number of artworks in the exhibition to approximately 100 with the following targets:

  • 50 artworks from artists invited to participate.
  • 50 artworks from artists selected by jury to participate.

Page Steed/PS Ventures, Inc. is excited and proud to have been invited to participate for a third year!  The artworks in the exhibition will be sold via silent auction at a starting bid of $120. Fifty percent of the sale price will go toward educational programming at AMoA and fifty percent will go to the artist, although artists may choose to donate their proceeds back to the Museum.   The generosity and support shown by artists participating in this event is vital to AMoA’s museum and greatly appreciated by the Board of Trustees and Staff.
